If you are one of the many people saying that mixing prints is in bad taste, then you probably have no idea how to do it.

- To mix prints without looking gaudy, one item has to be neutral. Try on a lightweight blouse with neutral prints then wear it with a print red scarf. The stronger print design of the scarf gives an interesting splash of color while the more basic print of the blouse serves as a tasteful palette of neutrality.
- Mix no more than two to three prints. Trying out this trend for the first time? A print scarf and blouse will do. A basic skirt in black should keep you from looking too print-happy.
Mixing prints is both a challenge and a triumph over conventions. Play with colors and let your creative juices flow! Fashion, in any case, is not for the faint of heart.
