Wedding Preparations:

Wedding jitters are common as the big day draws near. To maintain your cool, make sure you have gone through the preparations way ahead of time. For the complete list of tips on how to prepare for a wedding, click here.
Even when the wedding day is six months away, you have a few more tasks to prepare (listed here). When the wedding is a couple of months away, finishing touches are necessary to ensure that everything goes smoothly (click here to see the checklist).
Now that the wedding is less than a month away, you’re almost there! Just make sure that you have everything you need.

Check if everything is set. Call the florist, cake designer, etc. Verify delivery dates. Make sure the shipping address is not confused with the delivery address. Finalize what inscriptions will be engraved on your wedding rings. Check that everyone has the necessary contact information to coordinate with each other. Does the florist have the address of the reception venue? Does the cake designer know where to go?

Prepare a list of tasks for the wedding day and make sure someone is assigned to all of them. Who will be the emcee? Who will coordinate with the musicians? Who will pick up your dress? And so on.
Make copies of the task list you made and give it to everyone concerned. That way, they won’t forget what they’re supposed to do.
Have your marriage license ready. You may need to have medical check-ups and labs done. If you plan on going out of the country for your honeymoon, get the recommended shots.
Contact all your banks and make necessary changes for your account name. Important documents and transactions bearing your name should also be updated.
Finalize everything. Wedding guests, sponsors, and the entire entourage should be ready. The seating arrangement for the reception should be complete. The reception venue should be double checked; make sure they have all your instructions down pat. Verify that they have the right date and time.
